Moroccan Beach House

Located near the Oxnard coastline, this full remodel was thoughtfully reimagined to blend coastal ease with subtle Moroccan and Spanish influences, creating a home that feels timeless, layered, and deeply intentional. Handmade Moroccan tile, Tamegroute vessels imported from Morocco, and warm, textural finishes were balanced with clean architectural updates and quiet modern details.

In collaboration with York Construction, the layout was reconfigured to improve flow and functionality, including a custom arched glass shower and a sculptural kitchen hood cover inspired by Moorish design. Existing cabinetry was carefully repurposed and refreshed with new paint and finishes, allowing the home to evolve while preserving its character.

Unlacquered brass fixtures, artistic lighting, wallpaper accents, and a modern fireplace with a treated metal surround add depth and contrast, while curated furnishings and layered styling complete the space. The result is a collected coastal home with global influence — refined, soulful, and designed to feel as though it was always meant to be this way.
