Mediterranean Villa: Exterior, before 

This beautiful Mediterranean style home tucked in the hills of Simi Valley was in need of a refresh brighten and modernize the exterior and to maximize the entertaining space. I worked with the home owners to design something that they could enjoy year round.  

Ringwood House: Exterior, After 

With the renovations made; the Ringwood House not only became the best looking house on the block, the square footage of the house was also expanded by adding a large, covered outdoor space to the front and back.  I love the way these covered porches, with the classic yellow and white trim color of the house, make you want to sit out and sip sweet tea in the summer.  

Most of the decor was purchased from thrift and consignment stores. Construction was done by York Construction.
